Liam Ross

CV

Liam is an architect and lecturer in architectural design at the Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.  He has experience of practice in Edinburgh, London and New York, on projects in the UK, USA, Russia and UAE, and spent 5 years with Malcolm Fraser Architects, leading and assisting on projects across the UK. He has received a number of awards for his design work, and in 2012 was selected to exhibit in the British Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. He has worked at Edinburgh University since 2004 as a studio tutor and Lecturer, and has taught internationally with ArchiPrix International and Tong-Chi University.  He is a member of the interdisciplinary research group ITSAFE, and an editorial board member of ‘Architecture &’ Journal.  Besides his research publications has contributed journalistic work to online and print magazines, including Archi-Ned, Blueprint, & Prospect.
